Experience with administration: I hosted my own JJ2 server where I tested a lot of new concepts. I also hosted Minecraft and Counter-Strike 1.6 servers back in high school.
Reason for request: If there are bugs in any of the scripts that the JJ2 server, sometimes using in-game commands can fix those. For example if a mutator would kick or ban someone erroneously I would be able to unban this person and fix the bug.
